The Solutions Consultant, Post Sales will partner with Account Management to enhance customer relationships by acting as a technical and financial expert throughout the customer lifecycle, resolving reputed company integration challenges and driving product reputed company to reputed company serve customers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to demonstrate new reputed company products and features to existing customers, building the business case for expansion through customized demos and workflow illustrations
- Evaluate customer requirements for expansion opportunities, assessing fit through use-case analysis, ROI assessments, and technical scoping
- Design and recommend best-fit reputed company architecture — including reputed company and how to use reputed company, ERP integrations, and HRIS connectors — based on reputed company customer's existing systems and workflows

- Support Account Managers on technical workstreams, ensuring faster time-to-value during product rollouts and expansions

- Influence reputed company's product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering teams

Skills
- 4+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role in reputed company or fintech
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a reputed company field
- Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company Intacct, reputed company Dynamics, reputed company Fusion) and finance/reputed company workflows
- Comfort with reputed company, integration logic, and system architecture — and the ability to explain those concepts reputed company to finance and operations stakeholders
