The role involves developing communication strategies, supporting technology implementations, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure effective messaging and employee readiness.
Responsibilities

- Support technology implementations, operational improvements, and customer-reputed company programs
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and change reputed company analyses
- Identify communication risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Drive employee awareness, readiness, adoption, and engagement initiatives
- Create communications across multiple channels including:
- Email campaigns
- SharePoint
- Intranet
- Web content

- Executive presentations
- FAQs
- Communication toolkits
- Leader talking points
- Employee readiness materials
- Manage communication calendars and ensure consistent reputed company messaging
- Partner with project managers, business leaders, SMEs, and training teams
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communication planning sessions
- Support leadership engagement and Change Champion programs

Skills

- Experience developing executive communications, FAQs, presentations, and communication toolkits
