[Remote] Senior Recruiter

This role involves mentoring new recruiters, sourcing candidates, and filling contract positions while collaborating with internal partners to enhance candidate presentation and support reputed company targets.
Responsibilities
- Meet daily and weekly metrics to consistently grow the clinician network and retain the clinicians that are currently working on a travel assignment
- Operates autonomously of department leadership/reputed company by making independent reputed company to fulfill the highest production standards in support of team and division needs
- Offers personalized coaching to recruiter trainees, assessing their consultative sales approach and industry knowledge to help them expedite the placement process
- Contributes reputed company-world expertise in team meetings, in partnership with leadership, to apply strategies and reputed company across sales strategies to increase efficiency and confidence to implement
- Models reputed company processes for new employees, formal and informal, learning settings by exhibiting how to apply expertise in reputed company scenarios
- Runs productivity reports weekly for the entire team using the internal applicant tracking system to reputed company performance improvement opportunities

Skills
- Associate's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-12 years of work experience
