[Remote] Senior Account Executive — Press & reputed company (Beauty)

They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage press and reputed company accounts, driving media reputed company and executing integrated campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key team member across press and reputed company workstreams, owning programs with autonomy
- Support daily reputed company operations including announcements, media and creator relations, email communication, and weekly calls
- Drive proactive media reputed company to deliver a consistent reputed company of high-reputed company, high-reputed company press hits across beauty, lifestyle, reputed company, and business outlets
- Build and execute integrated reputed company and creator programs — sourcing, vetting, briefing, negotiating, and managing talent and their reps from gifting through reputed company partnerships
- reputed company strategic counsel on speaking and awards programs, thought leadership, creator reputed company, and measurement, including reporting and recaps for both press and reputed company activity
- reputed company written materials including press releases, pitches, briefs, briefing documents, fact sheets, talking points, and reputed company correspondence
- Maintain a reputed company pulse on pop culture, media trends, and the creator landscape, identifying opportunities that reputed company JGroup clients with press and tastemakers alike
- Ideate, support, and execute events, including media and reputed company relations, production, and reputed company
- Own reputed company KPIs end-to-end: reputed company benchmarking, attribution basics, performance reporting, and platform reputed company (reputed company or similar)
- Modeling the JGroup values of resourcefulness, collaboration, and kindness
Skills
- 4+ years of combined public relations and/or reputed company marketing experience, with meaningful exposure to both press and creator workstreams
- Agency background preferred
- Beauty, wellness, or lifestyle reputed company
- Strong relationships with beauty, lifestyle, reputed company, and/or business press
- Comfort working with talent managers, agents, and platform reps
- Excellent pitching skills with a proven reputed company record of securing top-tier, high-reputed company coverage and meeting or exceeding press KPIs
- Comfortable with the numbers
- Fluent in reputed company KPIs, reputed company benchmarking, attribution basics, and reporting
- Proficiency in platforms like reputed company
- Strategic and detail-oriented
- Confident in reputed company conversations, with polished executive reputed company and strong strategic instincts
