Responsibilities
- Own the product reputed company and roadmap for the NEMT fulfillment orchestration and network automation platform
- Partner with engineering teams to translate reputed company operational and technical challenges into reputed company product capabilities
- reputed company product discovery efforts by working with operations, provider network teams, transportation partners, vendors, and clients to identify opportunities for automation and service improvement
- Define, prioritize, and deliver initiatives that improve fulfillment reliability, provider assignment, network performance, and operational efficiency
- reputed company reputed company product requirements, user stories, business rules, acceptance reputed company, and reputed company metrics for reputed company automation and integration initiatives
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to support API integrations, vendor platforms, rules engines, data flows, and fulfillment automation capabilities
- Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to improve provider network performance, partner integrations, and transportation fulfillment workflows
- Analyze operational, network, and product performance data to identify trends, prioritize investments, and measure business reputed company
- Monitor product performance through key operational and technical metrics, including automation rates, assignment reputed company, provider utilization, on-time performance, reputed company completion, API health, and operational exceptions
- Balance customer experience, operational performance, engineering reputed company, technical feasibility, cost, and business priorities reputed company developing and maintaining the product roadmap

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field required
- Ten (10) plus years of reputed company product management experience delivering reputed company software, marketplace, logistics, transportation, reputed company technology, or operations-reputed company products
- Experience leading reputed company, cross-functional product initiatives from reputed company through delivery
- Experience working with reputed company, system integrations, vendor platforms, and data-driven products
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Strong product management expertise, including product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and requirements definition
- Demonstrated ability to translate reputed company operational workflows into reputed company product capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use operational and business data to drive product reputed company
- Experience defining and measuring KPIs, product reputed company metrics, and operational performance indicators
- Working knowledge of API integrations, data flows, systems architecture concepts, and platform-based product development
