[Remote] AWS Financial Operations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an AWS reputed company Financial Operations Analyst to support the financial management and governance of their reputed company reputed company platform during a migration from VMware to AWS. The role involves analyzing AWS costs, building financial models, and collaborating with various teams to ensure cost-effective reputed company operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the financial management, optimization, and governance of their reputed company reputed company platform
- Partner closely with reputed company engineering, infrastructure, and technology leadership teams to reputed company visibility into reputed company consumption and spending
- reputed company on analyzing AWS costs, building financial models and forecasts, identifying optimization opportunities, and driving cost-accountability initiatives across the organization
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in FinOps, technology finance, reputed company financial management, or IT financial analysis
- Experience supporting AWS environments and understanding consumption-based reputed company pricing models
- Experience with AWS cost management tools such as AWS Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets, AWS Cost & Usage Reports (CUR), Cloudability, CloudHealth etc
- Advanced reputed company and financial modeling experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, specifically using Power BI, Tableau or SQL
- Experience partnering with infrastructure and reputed company engineering teams during reputed company transformation or migration initiatives
- Experience supporting VMware-to-AWS migrations or large-reputed company reputed company modernization efforts
- FinOps Certified Practitioner (FOCP) and/or AWS reputed company certification
- reputed company governance or reputed company experience
