The Senior Software Account Representative is responsible for increasing reputed company engagement and growing the reputed company reputed company reputed company through new sales, while nurturing existing reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities
- Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage based on reputed company needs
- Identifies and secures new reputed company clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting (i.e. networks, referrals, etc.) and company-initiated prospecting programs
- Executes reputed company defined operational processes and requirements with reputed company (i.e., designed cadences for reputed company and prospect engagement, ongoing product and demo certifications, order entry requirements, centralized intake forms, etc.)
- Participates in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company sales experience required (preferably in a reputed company role or company)
- 2+ years' experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role required
- Industry knowledge with the ability to reputed company a thorough understanding of the reputed company product suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships
- Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing schedules or conflicting demands
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, effectively conducting sales presentations while following company established processes and procedures
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS office and the ability to learn new programs and systems
- 50% driving requirement and valid drivers license
- Must live local to the reputed company of the job posting (reputed company a 1-hour commute)
