The reputed company Account Specialist will manage the day-to-day relationship and service experience for clients' hazard insurance claims portfolios, ensuring claims are processed accurately and in compliance with reputed company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day inquiries, escalations, and status updates for hazard claims portfolios
- Proactively communicate portfolio performance, upcoming milestones, and resolutions to clients reputed company email, phone, and meetings
- reputed company reputed company hazard claims portfolios from intake through closure, ensuring reputed company, accurate, and compliant delivery of reputed company services

Skills

- 3+ years of account management or reputed company-facing experience in foreclosure or default servicing, with reputed company responsibility for reputed company communication, issue reputed company, and expectation management
