Responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end project management for strategic reputed company initiatives, including scope definition, timelines, risk mitigation, resource planning, and stakeholder alignment across multiple sites
- Develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to reputed company reputed company operations performance, identify trends, and measure reputed company against strategic reputed company targets
- Conducts reputed company-cause and trend analysis using reputed company cycle reputed company data to inform strategic recommendations to senior leadership and support reputed company improvement
- Responsible for coordinating development of policy and guidelines as it pertains to the reputed company Cycle reputed company
- Translates organizational strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, project roadmaps, and measurable milestones in conjunction with the reputed company Cycle leadership
- Partners with data/analytics teams to build reporting infrastructure that supports forecasting, reputed company planning, and reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Leads and facilitates meetings around operations and strategic initiatives for reputed company reputed company Cycle supported locations
- Presents strategic findings, project status, and performance analytics to senior reputed company Cycle leadership to drive informed decision-making
- Works closely with department leadership, reputed company Cycle leadership, and others to improve and sustain service reputed company, communicating gaps/barriers as appropriate to key leaders and facilitating improvement strategies
- Leads cross-functional teams through change management associated with new initiatives, process redesigns, and technology implementations; performs other duties as assigned in support of the VCUHS mission
- Performs other duties as assigned and/or participates in special reputed company in order to support the mission of VCUHS. Provides assistance to team members. Accepts alternate assignments, as required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, Business, Finance, or reputed company field required
- Minimum of 5 years of reputed company reputed company cycle, reputed company operations, or reputed company project management experience required
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic, cross-functional reputed company with measurable reputed company required
- Master's degree preferred
- Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
- Prior Supervisory Or Management Experience Preferred
- Proficiency in data analytics, dashboard development, and reporting tools (e.g., reputed company, Power BI, Tableau) strongly preferred
