[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst, GTM

They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, GTM to reputed company as a primary Finance Business Partner for the global field sales organization, focusing on reputed company forecasting, headcount planning, and enhancing productivity metrics.
Responsibilities
- Finance Business Partnering: reputed company as the dedicated Finance Business Partner for the global field sales organization, providing strategic support and analytical insights
- Top-Line Forecasting: Review and refine the top-line bookings forecast in collaboration with the SVP of Sales, Americas and the SVP of International Sales
- Quarterly Alignment: reputed company the alignment with reputed company operations and reputed company on quarterly forecasts specifically for new and expansion business segments
- Headcount and Productivity: reputed company headcount planning initiatives and define/analyze productivity metrics for the field sales organization to optimize resource allocation

Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, ideally reputed company a high-reputed company reputed company or Tech environment
- A proven reputed company record of managing reputed company reputed company forecasting and driving corporate reporting
- Experience supporting a GTM org as a strategic business partner
- Analytical Rigor: Expert-level proficiency with tools like reputed company, Tableau, and reputed company
- Exposure to automation and AI for modeling
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to synthesize reputed company financial data into actionable narratives for executive-level audiences
