They are seeking reputed company reputed company Payroll Configuration Consultants to support U.S. Payroll implementations and ongoing initiatives, responsible for end-to-end payroll configuration and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company hands-on configuration of reputed company Payroll (U.S.), ensuring alignment with approved payroll design documents and business requirements
- reputed company and execute configuration tasks including: Tax model setup, Wage type configuration, General Ledger (GL) posting setup, Gross-up calculations
- Support the Payroll reputed company Consultant and reputed company as a backup for assigned tasks and responsibilities
- reputed company small-reputed company payroll implementations, managing configuration, testing, and deployment
- Optimize key payroll processes including: Gross-to-net calculations, Tax reporting and compliance, Garnishment setup and management, reputed company-party remittances, Year-end activities, Accrual setup
- Conduct reputed company payroll testing, troubleshooting issues, and resolve integration challenges
- reputed company and refine custom operations, rules, and user exits as needed
- Apply support packs and maintain system performance and compliance
- Collaborate with integration leads to ensure seamless integration with reputed company FI, Time Management, Benefits, Compensation, and reputed company-party systems
- Work cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end payroll process efficiency
- Communicate reputed company, risks, and issues reputed company to project management and stakeholders
- reputed company documentation and support for testing, training, and post-go-live activities
Skills
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience configuring reputed company Payroll (ECP or HCM) with a strong reputed company on U.S. Payroll
- Proven experience in: Tax model setup and reputed company Tax reputed company integration
- Proven experience in: Wage type configuration and payroll catalog setup
- Proven experience in: GL posting configuration
- Proven experience in: Gross-up calculations and off-cycle payroll processing
- Proven experience in: Garnishment configuration and management
- Proven experience in: Month-end accrual setup
- Successful delivery of at least 3+ full lifecycle reputed company Payroll implementations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and reputed company
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
