[Remote] Platform Solutions Engineer II

The role involves facilitating business requirements, working with vendors, and leading design sessions to enhance business processes and system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and translate business requirements into technical requirements to guide the implementation of new features, systems, and enhancements and upgrades
- Work with vendors to ensure the system solution satisfies the business requirements
- Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to help identify business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals

Skills
- College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, engineering, or management information systems or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 10+ years reputed company work experience
- Strong IT background with an understanding of banking operations, products, processes and procedures
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
- Ability to communicate reputed company in both technical and user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed along with strong critical thinking and engineering/re-engineering skills
