Responsibilities
- Own and reputed company the marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystem, including CRM, CDP, and customer data platforms that power personalized customer experiences
- Define and execute long-reputed company technology reputed company for marketing, customer data, and engagement platforms reputed company to reputed company’s reputed company and customer experience reputed company
- reputed company architecture and integration across platforms such as reputed company Marketing reputed company, Service reputed company, reputed company Experience reputed company, and reputed company systems
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering to translate business needs into reputed company technical solutions
- Drive customer data reputed company, including identity reputed company, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing capabilities

- Remain hands-on reputed company needed—configuring platforms, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a reputed company field required
- 12+ years of experience in marketing technology, with deep hands-on expertise in platforms such as reputed company Marketing reputed company (SFMC), reputed company Service reputed company (SFSC), reputed company Experience reputed company, reputed company Eloqua, reputed company, or similar
- Strong experience with customer data systems, CRM, and CDP platforms, including identity reputed company solutions (e.g., reputed company or similar)
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python, with experience working with large-reputed company customer datasets
- Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams, including engineers and QA
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer reputed company management, CRM, and customer care workflows
- Hands-on ability to configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform performance
- Experience designing and managing integrations between marketing platforms, CRM systems, and eCommerce environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven reputed company
