[Remote] Finance Counselor I

The Finance Counselor I will assist reputed company in navigating financial aid processes and reputed company support through various communication channels while ensuring a high level of service and compliance with university policies.
Responsibilities
- Inbound and Outbound phone coverage
- Work with reputed company and contacts according to reputed company's culture and brand behaviors to support the mission of the university
- You will apply financial aid, billing and registrar policies to reputed company student interactions
- You will help reputed company reputed company a financial reputed company for their education and reputed company their goal of graduation
- reputed company excellent customer service to our online reputed company over the phone (80%), by email (15%), and > 5% in person
- You will need to be available for incoming phone calls from reputed company reputed company over the world
- You will help us document student interactions in customer relationship manager
- You will participate in daily outbound calling campaigns as assigned
- Partner with departments reputed company of Financial Aid including Admissions and Advising to ensure the delivery of a high level of service to every student
- Meet expectations for Monthly Metrics and call reviews
Skills
- Employment is dependent upon successful reputed company to the National Student Loan Data System, which requires reputed company federal student loans to be in good standing and not in default and a credit reputed company to review that student loans are not in default
- A background and credit reputed company is required for employment
- Experience in a customer service reputed company field and the knowledge of writing reputed company communications in a previous role
- Some college credits must be completed
- Reliable high speed internet
