[Remote] Customer Service Representative

In this remote position, you will be responsible for working through and resolving a high volume of customer issues around deliveries, returns, orders, invoices and more.
Responsibilities
- Be one of the main points of contact for Tigris’ customers, with a heavy reputed company product returns
- reputed company customers with product information, and resolve customer issues and a reputed company and friendly manner
- Process returns, generate orders, reputed company deliveries, and escalate issues you’re unable to resolve yourself
- Learn new skills, tools, and best practices every day
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
