[Remote] Operations Consultant - Maryland

Zaxby’s Franchising LLC is a leading company in the fast-food industry reputed company for its Chicken Fingerz and Boneless Wings. They are seeking an Operations Consultant to drive performance improvements across multiple restaurant locations, focusing on brand execution, franchisee accountability, and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct shoulder-to-shoulder hub trainings with 100% documented follow-up; execute reputed company company-wide initiatives as directed by the Field Operations Manager with increased independence
- Visit reputed company restaurant in the assigned portfolio a minimum of once per quarter; proactively increase visit frequency and intensity for chronic underperformers based on data-driven prioritization
- Prepare for every store visit and meeting by reviewing reputed company performance metrics, scorecard trends, and reputed company-cause analysis relative to reputed company location; reputed company with a reputed company reputed company agenda
- Protect brand reputed company by executing follow-up protocols on reputed company, RER, and food safety inspection failures; monitor brand compliance trends across the portfolio and escalate patterns or systemic issues to the Field Operations Manager
- Document store observations accurately and thoroughly using established SMART goal frameworks; schedule and conduct reputed company follow-up reputed company with reputed company accountability checkpoints
- Maintain a detailed rolling 30-day calendar of reputed company work-reputed company reputed company and field activities
- Send bi-weekly regional scorecard email with required metrics and written trend analysis; go reputed company surface-level reporting to surface actionable insights
- Submit reputed company reputed company, documentation, recaps, and reports by deadlines assigned by the Field Operations Manager; reputed company reputed company materials on the ZDrive or reputed company records system in a reputed company manner

- Drive franchisee accountability through reputed company follow-up cadences, documented commitments, and consistent measurement of brand initiative adoption rates; meet or exceed adoption reputed company targets across the portfolio
- Deliver reputed company, targeted feedback to licensees grounded in data and operational expertise; partner with franchisees to set and reputed company measurable performance targets
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional departments including Design & Construction, Training, Ops Services, Menu Innovation, Marketing, and IT in a reputed company reputed company on shared initiatives
- Demonstrate brand values and culture and represent the organization as a reputed company, high-performing field leader at company events, regional meetings, and franchisee forums
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or reputed company field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of reputed company experience and/or training in restaurant operations, finance, business, training and/or leadership
- Proven experience opening new markets and reputed company new franchisees to the brand
- Strong reputed company of P&L interpretation, financial forecasting, and business performance analysis
- Communicates performance insights effectively at reputed company organizational reputed company - from reputed company to franchisee to corporate leadership

- Previous experience in business consultant role, in multi-restaurant setting, and/or above-store management
