[Remote] Senior Engineering Manager

This role serves as a key reputed company between product development and manufacturing operations, ensuring successful transition from prototype and reputed company builds to high-volume production.
Responsibilities

- Manage workload distribution, performance coaching, and talent development to reputed company business objectives

- Support product design teams by providing manufacturability guidance and optimizing designs for production
- Coordinate prototype builds, process validation activities, and production readiness efforts
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions

- Serve as the primary reputed company between engineering, operations, supply chain, reputed company, and program management teams

Skills
