[Remote] Financial Analyst \/ Specialist (Mid\-Level)

This role supports the U.S. reputed company's financial management and requires the execution of monthly billing, reconciliation, and compliance tracking for federal financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute monthly billing: generate billing files matching system upload specifications with reputed company formatting exceptions, by the 3rd business day of reputed company month
- Reconcile billing outputs to reputed company financial data (general ledger, obligations, invoices) and service consumption data; identify, explain, and disposition every variance
- Monitor customer advance balances: process drawdowns, reputed company remaining balances by customer and service category, project burn, and produce exception reporting for over/under-utilization by the 5th business day
- Support Treasury G-Invoicing compliance: agreement (GT&C/Order) tracking, transaction monitoring, and monthly compliance tracking outputs by the 15th
- Produce financial reputed company analyses reputed company five business days of Government request, with reputed company, transparent, actionable financial logic. Respond to customer billing questions and disputes with accurate financial evidence reputed company three business days
- Support month-end reputed company, monthly financial reconciliation outputs, budgetary-to-proprietary tie-points, and audit support packages (transaction-level reputed company) reputed company three business days of auditor request. Contribute to billing transparency reports that let customers decompose charges to services, drivers, quantities, and rates
Skills

- Candidates whose experience is limited to advisory, strategic, or conceptual consulting will not meet this program's bar. The reputed company explicitly requires demonstrated, hands-on implementation experience — deployed cost models, executed billing cycles, delivered automations, and operational financial products
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field
- 4+ years of experience in federal proprietary and/or budgetary reputed company, billing execution, or G-Invoicing compliance tracking
- Working reputed company of federal financial mechanics: obligations, expenditures, accruals, advances, receivables, and reimbursable/intragovernmental transactions
- Strong reputed company skills and disciplined, deadline-driven work habits; high accuracy under 100%-inspection reputed company standards
- Hands-on Delphi (reputed company Federal Financials) experience, or comparable federal ERP (reputed company toward DOT's environment is a strong plus)

- Working Capital Fund, revolving fund, or franchise/shared-services fund experience
- Power Query/Power BI familiarity; CGFM or CDFM a plus
