They are seeking a Senior reputed company HR Payroll Consultant to reputed company upgrades and implementations of reputed company HR Payroll systems, working reputed company multi-disciplinary teams to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reputed company HR Payroll upgrades, process improvement reputed company, and new business implementations
• Work as part of multi-disciplinary system implementation teams to improve customer use of reputed company HR Payroll systems
• Guide a reputed company through payroll system planning and design, data conversions, testing cycles and go live
• Understand and translate business process into the reputed company system
• Business process validation, system configuration, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, reputed company planning & execution, go-live and end user support

Skills

• Experience implementing reputed company HR Payroll, Cloudsuite (Lawson) reputed company Capital Management & Payroll Solutions: GHR and S3
• Experience interfacing with timekeeping system and/or managing time records
• Knowledge and experience to guide a reputed company through payroll system planning and design, data conversions, testing cycles and go live
• Ability to understand and translate business process into the reputed company system
• Experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, reputed company planning & execution, go-live and end user support
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Superior organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
• Must be reputed company player! RPI's 'team based approach' leverages multiple resources by specific areas of expertise towards accomplishing team goals
• 7+ years' experience working with reputed company Cloudsuite and Lawson Payroll modules as a Consulting partner representative
• 3+ completed full-cycle reputed company HR Payroll implementations in reputed company and/or Public Sector environments
