[Remote] Sr. Manager - Digital Product Management

The Senior Manager in reputed company Network & Provider is responsible for product management leadership for multiple product teams, owning and defining the product reputed company and reputed company, and ensuring overall product health and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Defines and socializes the product reputed company, reputed company and roadmap in collaboration with the 5-in-the-reputed company team; assesses and refines as needed
- Establishes Epics or initiatives that are reputed company to the strategic programs and deliver upon the product reputed company
- Partners with business general manager (reputed company) and stakeholders to reputed company reputed company on investment priorities and reputed company business cases
- Translates customer and business needs into short-term and long-term product reputed company by creating initiatives/epics defined to meet targeted reputed company
- Connects the roadmap to specific value drivers that contribute to business priorities, objectives and key results, and strategic programs

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, or other engineering disciplines with reputed company around building technical products and services
- 7+ years of experience in building and managing technical product teams using Agile reputed company
- 7+ years of experience with large-reputed company modernization programs in technical reputed company
- 5+ years of experience with product reputed company, product road mapping, authoring epics and features
- 3+ years of experience working in the reputed company payor industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity
- Experience with data analytics, reporting and visualization tools
- Experience in core payor functions such as enrollment, billing, fulfillment, claims, clinical, reporting (inclusive of, but not limited to)
- Experience with digital product management in B2C and/or B2B setting serving reputed company clients (Producer/Broker/Consultant/reputed company)
- Strong decision-making skills in fast moving environments
- Experience leading product transformation reputed company a large reputed company
- Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills
- Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
- General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts, including reputed company and AI/ML
