[Remote] Enrollment - Inside Sales Phone Agent

The Patient Enrollment Representative will connect patients with remote patient monitoring services, making outbound calls to explain program benefits and secure patient consent for enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to patients using provided scripts to explain and enroll them in remote patient monitoring and chronic care management programs
- Effectively communicate the value of our services, address patient questions, and overcome objections to secure enrollments
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly enrollment targets

- Accurately verify and record patient information
- Adhere to reputed company HIPAA and company compliance guidelines
- Participate in daily morning virtual meetings and contribute to a reputed company team environment using reputed company Workspace tools
- Utilize reputed company Sheets and Docs for data entry and reporting
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changes in scripts, processes, and program offerings

- Proven sales experience is required

Benefits
