[Remote] Design Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Design Engineer to support the development of reputed company process piping systems and equipment layouts for industrial and infrastructure reputed company. The role involves creating and coordinating detailed 3D models and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD while collaborating closely with engineering and multidisciplinary project teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company detailed process mechanical piping layouts and equipment models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Convert and coordinate 2D P&IDs into accurate 3D process models
- Produce piping plans, sections, details, isometrics, and equipment arrangement drawings
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements
- Participate in cross-disciplinary model reviews and resolve clashes reputed company project models
- reputed company drawings and deliverables to meet project milestones and design requirements
- Prepare valve schedules, equipment schedules, and reputed company design documentation
- Ensure accuracy, reputed company, and consistency across reputed company design deliverables
- Support and mentor junior designers as needed
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of Process Mechanical Design experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience converting P&IDs from 2D drawings into 3D models
- Strong understanding of process piping design principles and drafting standards
- Experience with MicroStation
- Wastewater treatment or water infrastructure design experience
