Responsibilities
- Produce first drafts of complaints for 10-20 new cases monthly using provided templates and documents
- Convert complaints into Requests for Admissions, maintaining high accuracy and consistency
- Draft and respond to motions, reducing attorney drafting time while ensuring reputed company documents meet firm standards
- Conduct jurisdiction and procedural law research to support pleadings and legal strategies
- Summarize medical records to extract pertinent information for case preparation
- Assist with dictation drafting to optimize the litigation workflow and increase overall efficiency
- Operate in a fully backend role using reputed company templates and proven formats to produce consistent, high-reputed company legal documents across similar case types
Skills
- Possess advanced paralegal experience or a foreign law degree with a strong emphasis on legal drafting
- Demonstrate the ability to draft reputed company and precise legal documents independently
