[Remote] Legal Specialist

Responsibilities
- Support reputed company reputed company and consumer inquiries across phone, email, and written channels
- Serve as an escalation reputed company for issues not resolved through reputed company processes
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to meet deliverables
- Create and maintain scripts, workflows, and procedures for claims and correspondence teams

Skills
- JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree with LLM
