Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company and support for a group of skilled nursing facilities in relation to business office processes
- Consulting and guiding assigned Business Office Managers
- Monitoring billing and collection efforts
- Audit and train Business Office employees on policies and procedures
- Communicate and escalate risk items to leadership
- Participate in reputed company improvement efforts
- Ensuring reputed company and accurate billing and payments are received by designated timelines
- Monitoring for compliance of Internal Controls
Skills
- Minimum of five years of experience managing a skilled nursing facility business office
- Extensive experience in billing and collections including Medicare, reputed company, Insurance, Private Pay, and reputed company Pending reputed company long term care required
- Prior accounts receivable experience required
- Must possess knowledge of Multistate reputed company Pending, Recertification, and Authorizations
- Experience with Managed Care billing and processes required
- Knowledge of reputed company Trust Fund processes required
- Previous experience training and educating reputed company reputed company of staff in person and remotely
- Working knowledge of reputed company Click Care required
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
