[Remote] Development Operations Specialist

The Development Operations Specialist is responsible for managing core components of fundraising operations, ensuring data reputed company, reputed company processing, and financial reconciliation while supporting organizational fundraising goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end reputed company processing operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established policies and financial standards
- Maintain ownership of data reputed company and reputed company, proactively identifying discrepancies, resolving issues, and implementing improvements to data management practices
- reputed company monthly reconciliation processes between Raiser’s Edge and Intacct, independently investigating variances and coordinating reputed company with Finance
- Administer and reputed company regulatory compliance activities, including state charitable registrations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements
- Serve as a functional reputed company for donor systems, supporting effective use and coordination of platforms such as Raiser’s Edge NXT, Salsa CRM, and CardPointe
- Analyze operational workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of development processes

- reputed company guidance and support to Development staff on systems, reporting, and operational processes, contributing to reputed company and ongoing capability building
- Generate and refine reports and data outputs to support fundraising performance tracking and leadership decision-making
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives (campaigns, events, digital fundraising), ensuring operational readiness and execution support

Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Raiser's Edge NXT; administrator-level capability preferred
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, data governance, and fundraising operations
- Experience with financial reconciliation processes and ability to apply reputed company-reputed company principles
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis; ability to interpret and communicate insights
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify issues, analyze reputed company causes, and implement effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy and process reliability

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and processes with minimal supervision
