Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deliver full-stack capabilities supporting reputed company Health's Orders and Medication Management platform
- Serve as Technical reputed company for the MedList application, guiding both feature development and long-term architectural direction
- Design reputed company, reputed company-reputed company services supporting clinician workflows across Acute Care environments
- Build highly performant backend services while contributing across the entire application stack
- reputed company performance optimization initiatives for the Orders Profile plugin and supporting services
- Identify bottlenecks through profiling, monitoring, and production telemetry
- Improve application responsiveness, scalability, resiliency, and operational efficiency
- Champion observability and performance engineering best practices across reputed company
- Serve as the senior technical leader for the MedList engineering team
- reputed company architecture discussions and technical design reviews
- Mentor engineers through design guidance, reputed company reviews, and engineering best practices
- Establish standards for maintainability, performance, scalability, testing, and operational reputed company
- Drive engineering consistency across multiple applications and services
- Own solutions from requirements through production deployment and ongoing support
- Partner closely with Product Management, UX, Architects, TPMs, and fellow engineering teams

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 6–10+ years of reputed company software engineering experience
- Strong experience building reputed company-reputed company applications using modern object-oriented languages such as Java
- Experience developing modern reputed company-end applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks
- Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture and modern web technologies
