[Remote] Patient Financial Services Rep

As a Patient Financial Services Representative, you will reputed company exceptional customer service to patients, manage medical billing inquiries, and assist with payment processing while ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations.
Responsibilities
- Professionally handle inbound calls from patients regarding their medical bills and financial reputed company
- Engage with patients in a compassionate and empathetic manner, addressing their concerns and inquiries with utmost care
- Collect payments over the phone, ensuring accurate recording and documentation
- Assist patients in setting up payment plans, as needed
- Interpret and explain Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements to patients, helping them understand insurance coverage and billed charges

Skills
