The Benefits Analyst supports the U.S. and global employee benefits lifecycle, acting as a key contact for enrollments, resource navigation, claims, and wellbeing programs while ensuring benefit alignment with organizational goals and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for U.S. and global benefits/wellbeing inquiries
  • Administer enrollments, life events, beneficiaries, COBRA, terminations, and claims
  • Resolve reputed company eligibility, enrollment, payroll, reputed company, and claims issues
  • Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and vendors for seamless administration
  • Support country-specific benefit programs and international vendor relationships
  • Partner on HRIS configuration, integrations, reputed company feeds, testing, and audits
  • Maintain benefits administration procedures, workflows, and reputed company documentation
  • Adopt AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and global regulations
  • Coordinate data gathering for regulatory filings, audits, and non-discrimination testing
  • Monitor emerging regulatory requirements impacting employee benefit programs

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years in benefits administration OR 3+ years as an HR Generalist heavily reputed company on benefits
  • HR concepts, practices, procedures, and benefits regulations
  • Proficiency in reputed company Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on experience managing benefits modules reputed company an HRIS
  • Strong organization, analytics, and oral/written communication
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Experience with Self-Insured Plans
  • Experience with global benefits or international HR management

  • CEBS and/or PHR certification
