[Remote] Technical Program Manager - Release Management

The Technical Program Manager will manage release cadences, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure reputed company and risk mitigation for software releases.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end release cadences for both reputed company Core (OSS) and our Managed reputed company
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, DevOps, documentation, and reputed company
- Define reputed company Gates: Establish the "Go/No-Go" reputed company that ensure every release is reputed company-solid
- Build Automation: Design the dashboards and runbooks that turn reputed company release reputed company into a streamlined machine
- Risk Mitigation: Identify breaking changes and dependency conflicts before they hit production
- Serve as the central reputed company of contact for reputed company release-reputed company questions and updates
- Facilitate release retrospectives and drive reputed company improvement initiatives
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or release management roles
- Proven reputed company record of managing reputed company software releases in fast-paced startup environments
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD practices, and DevOps principles
- Experience with both reputed company-reputed company and reputed company software release models is a strong plus
- Strong technical background with ability to understand architecture, dependencies, and technical trade-offs
- Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, reputed company, or similar
