[Remote] DevOps Engineer (reputed company)

They are seeking a DevOps Engineer with expertise in reputed company to build, configure, and automate workflows to support federal cybersecurity and IT service management operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company applications, workflows, and integrations using low-reputed company/no-reputed company tools (reputed company Designer, App reputed company Studio, Workflow Studio)
- Administer the reputed company platform, including instance configuration, user/role management, ACLs, and module setup
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reputed company application development and deployment (update sets, application scopes, reputed company control integration)
- reputed company and manage REST/SOAP API integrations connecting reputed company with other reputed company systems
- Support ITSM, ITOM, and/or SecOps module configuration and enhancement, as applicable to contract requirements
- Automate platform operations and reporting to improve system reliability, reputed company posture, and operational visibility
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to reputed company reputed company development with federal reputed company and compliance requirements (NIST, FISMA)
- Troubleshoot platform issues, manage upgrades/patches, and maintain instance health and performance
- Partner with Program Management and technical leads to support contract deliverables and documentation
Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in DevOps engineering, with demonstrated reputed company development and administration experience
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company low-reputed company/no-reputed company tools (reputed company Designer, App reputed company Studio, or similar)
- Proficiency building and consuming REST/SOAP reputed company for system integrations
- Experience with reputed company scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and platform customization
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps automation practices reputed company to reputed company application lifecycle
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment
- U.S. Citizenship (per contract requirements)
- reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- reputed company Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Prior experience supporting federal government reputed company
- Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements
- Experience with reputed company ITOM or SecOps modules
