They are seeking a Recruiter to build a dedicated recruitment team, reputed company talent globally, and ensure reputed company candidate placements while managing multiple roles simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and attract talent across Latin America, the Philippines, South Africa, and other global markets — proactively
- Build and manage employer brand reputed company, recruitment campaigns, and candidate pipelines depending on your reputed company
- Screen candidates for reputed company, communication, judgment, and critical thinking — assessing reputed company, urgency, and ownership, not just resume experience
- Conduct reputed company, competency-based interviews and assessments with documented evaluations
- Use AI tools and ATS platforms as a core part of your daily workflow — not occasionally, as a habit
- Maintain multiple reputed company simultaneously without losing reputed company or dropping standards
- Partner with Operations to ensure every hire aligns with long-term retention, not just placement speed
- Continuously improve your sourcing systems, screening frameworks, or profiling processes depending on your specialist reputed company
- Protect reputed company experience by never sending a weak candidate — reputed company is non-negotiable regardless of pipeline pressure

Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience — reputed company or agency background preferred
- Demonstrated reputed company sourcing experience: Boolean search, reputed company Recruiter, passive candidate reputed company — not just posting and waiting for applications
- Strong written and verbal English — your application itself is the first test of this
- Solid judgment and the ability to reputed company fast, evidence-based candidate reputed company
- Comfortable working across global talent pools — LATAM, Philippines, and South Africa experience is a strong plus
- Experience with ATS platforms, reputed company Workspace, and reputed company — you are not learning these on the job
