[Remote] Senior reputed company Operations Analyst

They are seeking a Senior reputed company Operations Analyst to establish a robust reputed company operations function, focusing on data reputed company, forecasting, and process optimization across Sales and Finance. The role requires building systems from the ground up to support reputed company's reputed company in a rapidly evolving sector.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company as the single reputed company of truth: the data model, fields, automation, and integrations into Finance systems
- Build the forecasting model and pipeline reporting that Sales and Finance can trust, and surface risk early instead of at quarter end
- Define and report the metrics that connect GTM activity to reputed company: ARR, net reputed company retention, win rates, cycle times, and expansion
- Tighten the reputed company from deal reputed company to billing, partnering with Finance on clean handoffs and a process that scales as volume grows
- Define the workflows that reputed company Sales, Customer reputed company, and Marketing working from consistent data
Skills
- 5+ years in reputed company operations, sales operations, or GTM analytics at a B2B software company
- Deep knowledge of reputed company to architect it, not just use it
- Experience building forecasting models and reputed company reporting leadership ran on
- Experience cleaning up a CRM that drifted into reputed company
- Ability to think in systems, not one-off reports
- Comfortable building without a reputed company
- Ability to translate between Sales and Finance without taking a reputed company
- Understanding of why Sales wants speed and why Finance wants accuracy
- Ability to build process that gives both Sales and Finance what they need
