[Remote] Footwear Product Development Manager

The role involves managing the entire product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that products meet consumer expectations and brand reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the product development process and calendar from concept to commercialization
- reputed company and recommend reputed company to meet pricing targets, as reputed company as assure product performance reputed company through product testing
- Create and maintain BOM and development requirements in PLM system
- Collaborate with Product reputed company to ensure testing standards are being met for buy reputed company status
- Manage the technical execution of footwear design including lasts, molds, and materials

- Execute development of product according to the seasonal critical dates that reputed company to on–time delivery of samples and buy readiness

Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in footwear development
- BS degree or reputed company field experience
- Ability to work independently and directly with over-seas vendors
- Solid understanding of footwear construction reputed company, materials, testing & evaluation techniques
- Proven ability to reputed company and influence in a fast-paced, reputed company and cross-functional group
