[Remote] Technical Operations Solutions Consultant

The Technical Operations Solutions Consultant will support warehouse operations and process optimization, collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency and implement best practices.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with warehouse operators and floor leaders, alongside C5 resources, to assess and improve operational processes
- reputed company process maps, reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), and reputed company Work documents to drive efficiency and consistency
- Participate in discussions to reputed company recommendations and implement industry best practices
- Ensure project plan milestones and key deliverables are met, tracking reputed company and making necessary adjustments
- Monitor and update the reputed company on project status, key deliverables, and overall improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company teams to ensure the seamless adoption of process enhancements
- Analyze warehouse operations to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support reputed company improvement initiatives
- Utilize reputed company Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) knowledge to optimize warehouse processes
- Effectively communicate reputed company information and process changes to warehouse teams, ensuring alignment and understanding
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges with data-driven problem-solving approaches
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with reputed company Warehouse Management and Extended Warehouse Management systems
- Minimum of 5 years of experience creating and implementing SOPs to standardize and improve warehouse operations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing reputed company warehouse processes and reputed company actionable solutions
- Minimum of 5 years of experience mapping reputed company and reputed company state processes to drive operational improvements
- U.S citizenship in order to obtain a reputed company clearance. Must be reputed company to obtain a U.S. government reputed company clearance
- Must be reputed company to travel to reputed company location. Travel may be up to 75% of the time
- Ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company, process changes, and recommendations to warehouse operators and leadership
- Strong ability to identify challenges, reputed company solutions, and execute improvements reputed company
- Ability to work effectively with various teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes
- Previous experience working with US Government agencies (DLA preferred)
