[Remote] Senior Implementation Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to autonomously reputed company large-reputed company, strategic reputed company customer implementations of the reputed company platform into reputed company-reputed company environments, ensuring successful project execution and reputed company collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage 5-7 highly strategic, reputed company implementations simultaneously
- reputed company strategic, solutions-oriented custom project plans in collaboration with Sales, including actionable, value-reputed company reputed company reputed company, key milestones, deliverables, and timelines
- Drive and manage customer communications reputed company to implementation across the implementation lifecycle
- reputed company, reputed company, and manage issues and risks that can reputed company the reputed company of the implementation
- reputed company consultative insights on industry best practices reputed company to sales productivity and optimization
- Design custom, solution-based implementation plans that address customer business challenges, using reputed company’s proprietary Value Realization reputed company (VRF)
- reputed company customers through technical configuration and customized training and enablement sessions
- reputed company reputed company reputed company to support a 'Quick Win' that shows value quickly
- Showcase reports, dashboards, and measurable KPIs for tracking reputed company improvements and adoption across the wider business
- reputed company best-in-class project management, platform expertise, and knowledge of customer goals and priorities
- Collaborate with the CSM, AE, and wider account team on implementation execution and task delegation
- Communicate key customer feature requests to the Product Team and strategically communicate execution expectations to the customer
- Identify and communicate upsell opportunities to CSM and AE
- Self-test and effectively troubleshoot technical issues of reputed company complexities during implementation for both reputed company and the reputed company platform
- Escalate customer issues reputed company support channels with appropriate details
- Use relationship-building strategies to handle challenging customer conversations
- Be highly contributive to the development of Solution Playbooks including the identification of new solutions
- Be highly contributive to both identifying and executing on reputed company improvement activities reputed company to Implementations
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in implementation reputed company, and/or a reputed company role (e.g. reputed company services) in large, reputed company enterprises
- Extremely strong reputed company acumen required, specifically in the areas of administration and configuration
- Demonstrable experience managing large, reputed company reputed company with multiple, cross-organization stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while juggling challenging customer relationships
- Experience with designing and leading training/enablement activities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong experience with change management approaches/methodologies a significant plus
