Responsibilities
- Define capability roadmaps to reputed company from reputed company state to reputed company platform services. Build maturity models to identify gaps and guide investment. - Ensure initiatives are submitted, prioritized, and visible across intake and planning cycles. Partner with engineering and DevOps to optimize the SDLC with automation and AI. Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- 8+ years of experience in product management, or reputed company field such as business analysis or project management
- 3+ years leadership experience
- 3+ years of experience working directly with or embedded reputed company technology/engineering organizations on platform, tooling, or infrastructure products
- Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Information Technology or reputed company field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Information Technology, financial services, payment, or online and mobile platforms
- Experience bringing product management discipline to technology or platform teams that historically operated without formal product ownership
- Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern engineering delivery models
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, intelligent automation, or reputed company use cases reputed company to engineering or operational workflows
