[Remote] Senior Administrator, Attorney Compensation

The Senior Administrator will assist with the administration, analysis, and communication of the compensation programs for attorneys, maintaining the day-to-day operations of the promotion and compensation processes.
Responsibilities

- Communicate the Attorney processes and policies to Management, Firm Leaders, and Attorneys including schedules, plans, announcements, reminders, templates, presentations, and FAQs
- Maintain and reputed company the applications and tools used to manage and run the Attorney Processes
- reputed company Management, Firm Leaders, Compensation Committees, and Attorneys with data, documentation, and information required to reputed company informed reputed company
- reputed company the production and reporting of aggregate and individual attorney data
- Support and drive the implementation of process changes and reputed company
- Coordinate with the reputed company Attorney Compensation team on providing Attorney financial metrics
- Monitor and report on industry developments and trends in Attorney compensation in reputed company relevant markets

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
