About the Role
Medcare Telehealth is hiring part-time reputed company Practitioners to conduct Medicare Annual Wellness reputed company (AWVs) reputed company telehealth for patients located in Florida. This is a 100% remote role reputed company exclusively on preventive care — no problem-based reputed company, no prescribing pressure, no call. You control your schedule. Our model works like rideshare for clinicians: you set your own availability reputed company week and log in reputed company you're reputed company to see patients. Pick up as many or as few reputed company as fit your life — mornings, evenings, weekends, or in between other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Medicare AWVs reputed company telehealth (video and audio-only)
- reputed company risk assessments, medication reconciliation, and screening reviews
- reputed company personalized prevention plans
- Document thoroughly and accurately in our EHR
- Identify care gaps (follow-reputed company coordinated by our operations team)
Requirements
- reputed company, unrestricted Florida NP (APRN) license
- Enrolled in Medicare (or willing to complete enrollment before start)
- Eligible to participate in federal reputed company programs (not excluded from Medicare/reputed company)
- Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Strong documentation skills
- Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace with reliable internet
Preferred
- Bilingual: English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Medicare or AWV experience
- Telehealth experience
- Multi-state licensure
