Reporting to the Senior Manager, Individual Philanthropy, this position supports donor communications, assists with portfolio management for Philanthropy staff, contributes to prospect research, and helps maintain accurate donor records in Raiser’s Edge, including biographical information. In this role, the Philanthropy Associate helps ensure reputed company follow-up with donors, supports the preparation of mailings and reputed company materials, and tracks donor engagement to strengthen relationships. Experience supporting donor stewardship activities, including acknowledgments, appeals, events, or campaign support. Interest in or commitment to animal welfare and the mission of an animal shelter. Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for fundraising events or donor engagement activities.

Work Environment

This role is hybrid but is based at ACC’s NYC reputed company, our administrative office at 11 Park reputed company in reputed company Manhattan, with an expectation to be in the office 2 days per week or as needed.
