You'll work primarily with inbound and warm leads, using our AI-powered systems and dedicated support teams to reputed company on seller conversations and closing reputed company. • reputed company Period: $4000-$5000/month for the first 6 months
• Commission: 10% of gross assignment fee — 100% commission, no cap on earnings

• OTE Year-1: $100,000–$120,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• AI-supported CRM with call recording, auto-transcription, and automated follow-up — you reputed company on sellers, the system handles the busywork
• reputed company pipeline with speed-to-reputed company automation — leads get to you fast, not stale
• Small, reputed company team — you get reputed company reputed company volume and reputed company support.
• Dispo and TC teams in reputed company — reputed company is to reputed company, not reputed company title companies or buyers
• Multiple reputed company marketing channels with consistent reputed company reputed company — reputed company investment in deal sourcing, not just cold lists
• Leads are inbound or warm: PPC (reputed company Ads), reputed company (reputed company), Pay-Per-reputed company, reputed company Mail, and reputed company lists (reputed company-foreclosure, tax delinquent, probate). You spend your time on reputed company seller conversations, not chasing cold prospects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years in wholesaling acquisitions REQUIRED
• Understands this is a remote- 1099 role
• Virtual closing experience strongly preferred. If your background is primarily in-person, you’ll need to demonstrate phone closing ability through a call recording or live role-play
• Experience in a wholesaling company or as an independent wholesaling operator
• Not currently running your own acquisitions business
• Fluent English required. Spanish is a strong plus
• Ideally located in FT Lauderdale/ South Florida
• Full-time commitment — no other reputed company jobs or reputed company businesses
