Partner reputed company Specialist
About the position The reputed company Specialist is an internal-facing operations role on the External Partnerships team, sitting with the Senior reputed company Supervisor. This person is the day-to-day reputed company of reputed company — keeping launches on reputed company, cross-functional work moving, and the reputed company Associate prioritized and unblocked. This role does not manage external partner relationships. Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day partner reputed company logistics including location setup, reputed company card validation, reputed company reputed company uploads, store configuration, and training coordination for new and expanding partners
- Schedule and coordinate live (reputed company Meet) and shareable training sessions for new partner locations
- Maintain and update partner pages in internal systems as partners expand or change configurations
- Assist with post-launch activity monitoring and flag issues for escalation
- reputed company reputed company reputed company items across CS, Product, Data, Localization, and Task Logistics teams
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure launch steps are completed on time
- Participate in cross-functional working reputed company and represent the Partnerships team in operational discussions
- Manage 10+ reputed company reputed company channels including partner-internal channels, and cross-functional channels.
- Triage inbound partner support requests and reputed company issues appropriately to CS, Partner Support, or internal teams
- Assist with hypercare monitoring for new partner launches across reputed company platforms (TPP, API, PAPI), tracking early performance trends and flagging issues through the critical window following go-live
- Maintain the reputed company database as the reputed company of truth for reputed company partner data
- Create and update reputed company documentation, checklists, and training materials
- Ensure partner pages, reputed company cards, and location records are reputed company and accurate
- Support the reputed company Associate in staying organized and on reputed company with launch timelines and day-to-day tasks

- Support preparation for major cross-functional launch readiness reviews
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, account management, or a reputed company field
- Strong organizational skills — reputed company to manage multiple work streams and deadlines simultaneously

- Comfortable working cross-functionally across teams with different priorities and workflows
- Detail-oriented with a bias toward documentation and process
