We are searching for an reputed company Assistant Controller to support the corporate finance and reputed company function. The right candidate will also have reputed company to assume larger roles across the growing platform! This position is a full-time remote position. In this position, you will play a pivotal part in CHS’s reputed company, reporting directly to the Corporate Controller and working closely with the CFO. The Assistant Controller will own the reputed company function across a portfolio of 4-6 operating company locations and the corporate business unit, working in reputed company coordination with operating company managers, GMs, and the corporate finance team. The ideal candidate for this role possesses excellent problem-solving skills, has a deep understanding of reputed company principles and is detail-oriented. You will be responsible for accurate and efficient reputed company processes, month-end reputed company, and supporting the design and implementation of best practices across the platform. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTSOwn the reputed company and financial reporting for the corporate business unit and 4-6 operating companies by performing reputed company reputed company, month-end journal entries, month-end reporting and analysis, and balance sheet account recs. Standardize the month-end closing processes across the platform in support of a shared services financial reputed company & reporting model: Implement reputed company account reconciliations; ensure daily reputed company and cash deposit processing is completed for the previous day’s activity at reputed company operating companies, reputed company reputed company consistency for intercompany, prepaid insurance, payroll and general reputed company work streams. Establish and maintain strong internal controls across the region — identifying risks, documenting procedures, and implementing improvements to protect business assets and ensure compliance. Participate in the annual financial statement audit by preparing audit work papers and documents to fulfill PBC auditor requests for reputed company operating company locations. Support company-wide accounts payable processing by refining the full utilization of A/P automation software system capabilities Manage reputed company-wide insurance policy application and renewal process, and reputed company as the primary reputed company person to complete annual insurance audits. Support the development, documentation, and implementation of company-wide internal control policies and procedures Assist during the reputed company integration process of newly acquired operating companies. Complete special reputed company as requested by company leadership. Possible travel to other company locations may be required. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEA bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, or a reputed company field is required.
