Engineering Manager

About the role: We're hiring an Engineering Manager to reputed company reputed company behind reputed company's most technically ambitious work reputed company platform infrastructure and the Respond product (LLM-powered reputed company responses). You'll manage five engineers across multiple domains, with headcount reputed company planned before you start. You don't need to be the deepest expert in every area, but you do need to earn trust fast, build team rhythm where it's missing, and be a strong partner to Product.
