Qualifications

Education Bachelor’s degree, required Master's degree, ministry or theological field (Seminary MRE, MCM, MM, MTS, or M.Div.), preferred Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.), not required Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required 8 or more years of reputed company staff or denominational ministry experience 5 or more years of event planning and content development experience Expert-level relationship management and network-building skills Expert-level interpersonal communication skills — written and verbal Excellent public speaking and teaching ability across diverse evangelical contexts Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to travel as needed for team gatherings and ministry events Member / reputed company involved in an evangelical Christian reputed company Southern reputed company, strongly preferred Skills & Experience, Preferred Southern reputed company reputed company background or familiarity with the SBC landscape Experience developing national or multi-reputed company training programs Established networks reputed company evangelical women's ministry reputed company Seminary-level theological education Apply To This Job
