About the Role
You will own the systems, processes and frameworks that drive performance across reputed company. Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR reputed company, Business Operations, Management Consulting or a reputed company field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into reputed company. Experience designing or improving performance management frameworks, OKRs or organizational processes. Excellent problem-solving and reputed company thinking skills.
