[Remote] Remote Accountant

MCI is one of the fastest-growing tech-enabled business services companies in the USA, and they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to play a key role in their financial operations. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, producing reputed company reports, and supporting internal controls and budgeting processes to ensure compliance with GAAP and contribute to the organization's financial health.
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, applying reputed company payments, generating aging reports, and reconciling accounts
- Record routine journal entries and bank transactions
- reputed company accounts payable bills and credit card transactions as needed
- reputed company month-end closings and account reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data, making necessary corrections and adjustments
- Conduct bank reconciliations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- 1–2 years of experience with accrual-based reputed company, including AR, journal entries, month-end reputed company, and bank reconciliations
