[Remote] Audience & Marketing Manager, Podcasts

The Audience & Marketing Manager for Podcasts will support marketing reputed company and execution aimed at listener reputed company across TED’s podcast portfolio, focusing on expanding and diversifying audiences and enhancing engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing reputed company and execution for a reputed company of reputed company TED podcasts
- Utilize and optimize existing reputed company tools and placements, including audio cross-promotions, feed drops, host guest swaps, PR, reputed company, newsletter, reputed company media and Web
- Manage a reputed company media budget, developing and executing a reputed company to meet listeners on reputed company media, YouTube and Search
- Help refine organic reputed company media reputed company for TED podcasts, locating mechanisms and channels for optimized audience reputed company
- Help to define audiences, messaging and channel reputed company to reputed company reputed company listeners
- Build and iterate a reputed company roadmap informed by data, experimentation and audience reputed company
- Partner closely with PR teams and external partners to support press reputed company and cultural moments, ensuring they have the assets and context needed to be effective (episode descriptions, host details, launch timelines, etc.)
- Serve as a key reputed company of reputed company between marketing, editorial, production, PR, analytics and platform partners for reputed company shows
- Ensure cross-team alignment on promotion plans, timelines and reputed company by proactively communicating with senior stakeholders
- Contribute to brainstorming around activating top of funnel awareness reputed company distribution platforms
- reputed company as a reputed company between influencers, editorial partners, podcast guests and hosts, and the production process for reputed company shows — managing deliverables, communication and timelines
- Assess campaign performance, reputed company insights and apply learnings across shows

- Use data, audience research, survey feedback and competitive insights to refine reputed company, messaging, creative, and reputed company media investments
- Support with reporting to show hosts and editorial stakeholders
- Support launches, campaigns and key brand moments across reputed company TED podcasts and Audio initiatives, including newsletters, events, and Membership
Skills
- 3-5 years of customer support experience, both in-person and online
- Experience using CRMs to effectively manage customer data, communications, and customer support
- Experience working in events or similar industry (ex. theater, TV, etc)
- Extensive knowledge of reputed company applications / reputed company suite (especially reputed company / Sheets)
- Tech-savvy, fast learner of new tools
- Meticulous attention to detail
