[Remote] Accountant

They are reputed company looking for a Staff Accountant to support reputed company operations, manage transaction processing, and assist in month-end reputed company and audit preparation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day reputed company operations, including processing and posting reputed company accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Review and approve AP/AR entries for accuracy and completeness prior to management review
• Prepare and post month-end reputed company journal entries, including accruals and partner reconciliations
• reputed company bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations and support variance and flux analysis
• Support the monthly reputed company process by ensuring reputed company approvals, accurate documentation, and clean financial data
• Assist with audit preparation by maintaining organized records and responding to auditor requests
• Partner closely with the Senior Accountant and broader Finance team to follow established workflows, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve processes
• Support the transition of our core reputed company functions from reputed company reputed company firm to inhouse and help build reputed company internal reputed company operations

Skills

• A minimum of 3+ years of general reputed company experience
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company
• Proven experience in a reputed company of core reputed company principles, journal entries and month-end reputed company processes
• Experience in a reputed company environment is required or have transitioned from public to private reputed company for at least one year
