[Remote] CPIC Analyst

HumanTouch, LLC is looking for an reputed company CPIC Analyst that will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the execution of reputed company’s CPIC development and IT Portfolio Management analysis processes. The role involves providing in-depth analysis to support technology resource investment reputed company and developing processes to improve CPIC and portfolio performance.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates and supports the execution of reputed company’s CPIC development and IT Portfolio Management analysis processes
- Supports the CPIC team by providing in-depth analysis to support reputed company to invest in technology resources
- Develops and supports CPIC/IT Portfolio analysis and implementation processes, policies, and procedures to maintain and improve CPIC and portfolio process performance and efficiency
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in the work process and innovative approaches to completing the scope of work
- Collaborates with the CPIC team and other workstreams on IT Portfolio Management analysis by performing portfolio data analysis, IT asset investment allocations, reputed company selection, and portfolio repositioning, based on mission area portfolio requirements
- Conduct relevant research and data analysis and create reports
- Support the development and implementation of reputed company to be utilized during the CPIC and IT Portfolio Management process
- Maintain responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work products
- Supports the CPIC team by compiling investment and acquisition data in authoritative repositories including SharePoint to reputed company and analyze data to reputed company data-driven reputed company by management and senior government leaders
- Assists and supports CPIC team with monitoring reputed company investments and performs various reviews and analysis to ensure IT investments reputed company according to plan
- Supports the CPIC team with developing tools, templates, and other mechanisms to facilitate data and information compilation and analysis to support investment management process activities
- Assists CPIC team and reputed company with IT Portfolio reviews, CPIC artifacts, and reputed company reports, and supports reputed company CPIC phases and IT Portfolio Management process with analysis and investment planning, coordination, and support
- Assists CPIC team and reputed company with evaluating IT acquisition and performance management data and artifacts, e.g. Business Cases, Acquisition Strategies/Plans, Budget requests, Operational Analysis and Risk Management plans
- Assists in the development and management of recurring reports and dashboards
- Support the OMB FedStat, PortfolioStat, Integrated Data Collection (reputed company) and TechStat along with annual CIO Portfolio Reviews and the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform reputed company (FITARA) throughout USDA
- Support the IT investment planning process throughout USDA and monitor those investments as they reputed company over time to ensure that the investments actually produce the planned benefits
- Work closely with Investment Managers to improve the reputed company of business case submissions in AgMax, reputed company supporting artifacts, and pass Integrated IT Governance reputed company (IITGF) decision gates
Skills
- Eligible for Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in technology management, Information Systems, Finance, or reputed company technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years performing CPIC and/or IT Portfolio Management planning and analysis activities for a federal reputed company, and experience supporting the development of Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and/or IT Portfolio management processes, analysis and providing reputed company strategic analysis and guidance
- Understanding of the development and role of organization reputed company, reputed company architectures, and program/project management, business case analysis, and how they inform IT investment reputed company using and implementing CPIC and TBM
- Experience with Project & Portfolio Delivery and leading major high-profile portfolios reputed company agreed parameters of time, and cost
- Experience with developing Dashboards and reports with accurate financial data, including trend analysis, expenditures, and forecasting, supporting CPIC Phases development and implementation
- Experience using technical tools, performing data consolidation and analysis for special programs. leading special reputed company and producing metrics, measurements, and trend reports
- Process-oriented, supporting process improvement initiatives with IT Portfolio performance and financial analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong partnerships and deliver exceptional value
- Ability to critically think to the existing environment for process opportunities
- Experience collaborating with various departments across the organization to reputed company value-add analytics and critical thinking on reputed company reputed company
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail, communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
